الشروط والأحكام

1/ في حالة عدم اكتمال غرف التسكين للمعتمر الفردي بغرف ثنائي او ثلاثي يتم التسكين وفقاً للتسكين المتاح.
2 / في حالة الإلغاء قبل الرحلة بـ (25) يوم يتم خصم تكلفة الرحلة بالكامل تظراً للدفع مسبقاً قبل إصدار التأشيرة الكترونياً.
3 / في حالة أي زيادة مالية من السلطات السعودية أو وزارة السياحة المصرية مرتبطة بتذاكر الطيران أو ضوابط العمرة الإلكترونية يتم تحميلها على سعر البرنامج تلقائياً.
4 / المستندات المطلوبة: – جواز سفر صالح لمدة سنة من تاريخ السفر – شهادة صحية مرفق معها إيصال الدفع وللأطفال أقل من سنتين شهادة الميلاد الورقية – عجج 3 صور شخصية مقاس 4 * 6 خلفية بيضاء ويراعي الحجاب للسيدات.
5 / السيدات بمحرم لمن هم أقل من 45 سنة والشباب أقل من 18 سنة.
6 / بيان موقف التجنيد لمن هم في سن التجنيد (تصريح سفر) ويكون تصريح السفر مسئولية المعتمر.
